You’re billed based on the number of active keys and cylinders managed through Key2XS. As your infrastructure grows, adding or updating assets is reflected in your next invoice automatically. There are no per-user fees — pricing scales with your physical infrastructure, not your headcount.

Key2XS is available as a cloud-hosted SaaS solution, on-premises deployment, or a hybrid model — depending on your organization’s security policies and infrastructure requirements. All deployment options include the same full feature set, API access, and support.
